How does it work?
When you book I will ask you what you need help with - the more information you can provide the better I can prepare for our time together.
Once your session is confirmed you will be sent a Zoom link via email.
We will spend up to 1 hour together on Zoom depending on the complexity of the problem.
If we are unable to solve your issue, I will give my recommendation on the next steps.
What does it cost?
NZ$300+GST per session.
Who is it not for?
I'm sorry but I can't help you if your account has been hacked.
PLEASE NOTE: Sometimes we can’t fix every issue in one session, sometimes the fix you want isn’t possible.
I will make sure you leave our session knowing exactly what the issue is, and what your options are from here…. even if it’s not what you wanted to hear.
