How it all started.
I began my career in the events industry across the UK, Australia, and New Zealand - managing chaos, people, and a whole lot of moving parts. It was fast-paced and rewarding, and social media quickly became my favourite tool for creating real connection.
Later, while working with small businesses at a local economic development agency, I kept hearing the same thing:
“Can you just teach me how to do social media?”
Not manage it. Teach it. In plain English. Without the jargon.
That’s when it clicked: there wasn’t a shortage of tools, there was a shortage of teachers who could make it feel simple. That’s what people really needed. So that’s what I built.
