Q: How much support is included?
A: You’ll get plenty of support to keep you moving! Each month, you can submit questions or content for feedback in the Monthly Q&A, where I’ll answer and give personalised advice. Plus, the Facebook Group is your go-to for quick wins, accountability, and real-time support whenever you need it.
While this isn’t 1:1 coaching, you’re never left figuring things out alone - I’m in the group regularly, and you’ll have a community of like-minded business owners right there with you.
Q: When will I get access?
A: You will receive an email with all the details immediately after your purchase and will get access to the Support Community Facebook Group within 48 hours of requesting to join.
Q: What happens at the end of my monthly access?
A: You will be contacted shortly before your next month is billed. If you decide to continue on in The Social Smarty Society you don't need to take any action otherwise you can choose to cancel your membership. You can do this yourself or email me at [email protected] to request cancellation. Once cancelled, you will no longer be able to log in to access the Social Smarty Society and you will be removed from the Facebook Support Community.
Q: I am not tech-savvy. Do I need a bunch of tools to make this work?
A: No, this is very beginner and budget-friendly and you don't need to be good with tech or buy any special software.
